'A trusts and estates attorney handles matters pertaining to the realm of probate, inheritance, trusts and estates. Trusts and estates legal work can include aspects of family law, taxation law, business law, inheritance law and probate law, as well as questions of community property, joint ownership and charitable gifts. Trusts and estates attorneys provide advice to clients in estate planning issues and in how wealth and property is distributed upon the death of someone. Trust and estates attorneys handle matters such as estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable planning, wealth management, drafting of wills and trust documents, and gift tax matters, among others.

Trusts and Estates Associate
The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in the areas of complex domestic and international estate planning and related income tax, corporate, and personal planning for high net worth individuals and multinational families. New York Bar. LL.M. degree is a plus. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
Trusts and Estates Associate
The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have 3-4 years of experience. Must be admitted in both New York and New Jersey.
Trusts and Estates Tax Associate
The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. An LL.M. degree in Estate Planning or Taxation is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar. Should have 3-5 years of trusts and estates experience. Complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation experience is required. International estate planning experience is considered a plus.
Trusts and Estates Attorney
The candidate should have 3+years of experience. Must be admitted in New York and New Jersey. LL.M. degree in tax is preferred. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
Trusts and Estates Associate
The candidate must have an LL.M. degree in Taxation. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have 2-6 years of experience. Must preferably have in-depth, broad-based experience in estate planning and estate administration, and some litigation experience.
Mid-level Trusts and Estates Associate
The candidate will consult with and advise fiduciaries in probate and trust administration, work with clients in connection with contested trust and tax matters, review estate and gift tax returns (including complex reporting and valuation issues), and assist clients in the establishment of private foundations and other charitable vehicles.
The candidate must be admitted to the Illinois Bar. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have 3-5 years of trusts and estates experience. Must have experience of working with ultra-high net-worth individuals in the design and drafting of their estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and other estate planning documents. Should be experienced with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, installment sales, and other related transactions.
