The candidate will be undertaken for established clients of the firm (to include: SME, OMB, PLC and high net worth entrepreneurs) include: the full range of commercial contract disputes, shareholder/LLP disputes, breach of warranty/contract claims, injunctions, professional negligence claims, real estate and construction disputes.

The candidate should be a litigator with the ability to assist in the development of their litigation department. The ideal candidate should already possess the experience / ability to lead, motivate and help manage an existing team or be looking to make a lateral move to a department where this is possible, to aid in the development of own career. '
