Assistant State Attorney The candidate will conduct grand jury proceedings, perform criminal intake and prosecute crimes committed against the people of the State of Florida. Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate should have 5+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience. Experience in both state and federal court is strongly preferred.
Summer Associate Program The summer associates work closely with associates and partners to develop their legal skills. Will regularly have opportunities to draft or review pleadings, contracts, and blog postings. Summer associates are provided with a shadowing opportunity at a hearing, deposition, trial, transaction closing, client meeting or negotiation with opposing counsel. The program lasts approximately 10-12 weeks.
