A litigation paralegal is someone who works on litigation matters under the supervision of licensed attorneys in a law office. Litigation paralegals do not practice law, as they are not licensed attorneys, but they help in many aspects of litigation matters and lawsuits, including preparing initial drafts of lawsuits and exhibits, preparing trial binders, and making federal and state court filings.
