'An Antitrust and Trade Regulation attorney handles legal matters involving antitrust and trade regulation issues. Antitrust laws regulate businesses in order to promote competition and competitive market practices. The goal of antitrust law is to prevent business monopolies from being able to dominate the market and charge unreasonable prices due to lack of competitors. Trade regulations address the law of trade between nations and involve treaties as well as import, export and tariff issues.

Antitrust Associate

The candidate must have 2+ years of experience and good knowledge of Hart-Scott Rodino regulations and filing requirements. Stellar professional and academic credentials required. 

Junior Antitrust Associate

The candidate should have a demonstrated interest in Competition /Antitrust litigation. Prior agency (FTC, DOJ) experience is preferred. Judicial Clerkship experience is also preferred.

Antitrust Associate

The candidate will work on defense of merger investigations (FTC/DOJ and International) and other agency investigations, representing clients in civil antitrust litigation, and counseling clients on business practices. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have 3-6 years of experience in antitrust law, to assume significant responsibilities in complex transactions and/or litigations. Experience with technology industries, financial markets, or issues lying at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property is desirable. 

Seeking an Antitrust Associate with 8+ years of experience working to enforce (or defend) the U.S. privacy and data security laws. Candidate should worked at the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, or a state Attorney Generals' office, and ideally has relevant industry or law firm experience as well. International experience is a plus. Will advise on all aspects of compliance with privacy and data security laws, and represent in Federal, State, and Congressional investigations. Experience with technology industries, issues lying at the intersection of government regulation and technology, or FTC/state AG enforcement regarding privacy and data security issues is desired. Familiarity with computer, network, database, and web technologies is preferred. CIPP certification is a plus. Should also have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.

Antitrust Litigation Associate

The candidate must have 5-6 years of antitrust and trade regulation experience, including M&A and antitrust counseling. Federal Judicial or State Appellate Clerkship experience a plus. Pennsylvania Bar admission or waive-in eligibility preferred. Should also have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.

Seeking a Trade Sanctions And Compliance Attorney with a strong background or 2-5 years of experience in U.S. trade sanctions, compliance and related investigations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC). Excellent regulatory experience, writing skills and strong academic performance are required. Experience in private law firm trade practice is a plus.

Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience. Should have antitrust and other commercial litigation experience, along with superior research and writing skills, superior academic credentials, and admittance to the NY Bar.'
