'An aviation paralegal is a paralegal who works in the area of aviation law. Aviation paralegals assist attorneys who handle aviation-related lawsuits, as well as regulatory and corporate work regarding the aviation industry. Because aviation paralegals are not attorneys and have not been admitted to the bars of any state, aviation paralegals must always work under the direction of a practicing attorney.
