Stillman, most recently senior counsel for the Chicago office of Morgan Lewis where she specialized in Labor and Employment has joined Scharf Banks Marmor LLC as a partner in its Chicago office. Stillman has joined the law firm's Occupational Safety and Health Admnistration (OSHA) practices. A very small 13-lawyer law firm, Scharf Banks Marmor, also happens to be Chicago's largest women-owned law firm.

Stillman has written numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer on labor, employment, and workplace health and safety law issues.

Stillman earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, and her A.B. from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
