When Tammy King, the Assistant Dean for Career Development, joined the CDO in 2009, she already had nearly five years of experience in the career services arena. Immediately prior to her arrival at Creighton University School of Law, King worked for Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri where she held the position of associate director before being promoted to the position of director. Before entering career services, King practiced commercial litigation in St. Louis, Missouri with Herzog Crebs, LLP and Thompson Coburn, LLP. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law and earned her Bachelor's degree summa cum laude from the University of Missouri.

Karen Dixon, the Career Development Assistant, has been with Creighton's CDO since August of 2003. Her many duties include handling questions or issues with the online Symplicity system, maintaining job postings, and organizing on-campus interviews and career-related special events. Dixon is also involved in practice interviews and acts and a contact person for the CFCPI and the LRAP Programs, which serve to support Creighton law students and graduates who are working in public service.

Krissy Hamm, a CDO Career Counselor, provides students with a range of career-development services but specializes in serving students who seek a career in a small firm or public interest law setting. LawCrossing is great at picking up all of the legal listings everywhere across the internet. I could have gone to three different sites to search, but you had them all on your site. That was extremely helpful. LawCrossing is a one stop shop!
