Sandberg earned his JD from William Mitchell College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri. Following law school, he worked with a major firm where he practiced commercial litigation and real estate litigation.

Sandok graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and has practiced as a commercial litigator in New York and Minnesota.

Sandberg and Sandok offer candidates and clients a confidential and informed search process. They work closely with employers to gain a thorough understanding of individual needs and ultimately present employers with a qualified candidate who will successfully fit in with the personality of the hiring firm or company.
