Corporate Partner/Counsel 

The candidate should be a member of Florida Bar Association with 9-12 years of experience representing public and private companies, including publicly offered real estate investment trusts, in various business transactions, including formation, public securities offerings, private placements, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, strategic alliances, ongoing securities compliance and general transactional and client counseling experience. Ability to provide advice on corporate governance matters, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, stock exchange rules, Blue Sky filings and compliance with applicable regulations of the Financial Industry Authority (FINRA). The candidate should have particularly ECM expertise to join established team and take it to the next level. Current expertise includes M&A, AIM, ECM, DCM and Finance with a particular focus on clients in the restaurant and leisure, media, IP and retail sectors. Should be particularly business minded as well as technically astute with a portable client base.

Corporate Partner

The candidate will be expected to undertake a heavy element of business development and you must take a pro-active approach in bringing in new clients. Must already be working at a national firm and be boasting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of corporate work.'
