As someone who brings her lunch to work five days a week, every week, I know how boring it can be to bring the same thing over and over again. However, you don’t want to spend tons of time prepping a fancy lunch in the morning! Simple is better. Today I thought I’d share five lunch ideas for those of you who are looking to mix up your lunch routine.
Picnic Yogurt Rice from Chef de Home. I never would have thought of this myself, but you get so much good stuff from the yogurt which, along with the rice, is light but filling!
Chickpea Curry from Hari Ghotra. I love curry and this is a great and healthy way to do it. Make it in a big batch and bring to the office!
