LCSonline offers GGU alumni seeking employment an opportunity to gain access to all

Golden Gate University's curriculum, with its emphasis on practical legal education, prepares students for a challenging, satisfying
career in law. Many GGU students and alumni work in law firms, governmental agencies, corporations, public interest organizations and courts all over the world.
GGU's new Law Student Pro Bono Program with the Public Interest Clearinghouse (PIC) is connecting students with short and long term, flexible volunteer projects in the Bay Area. As volunteers, students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including staffing client intake clinics, engaging in legislative advocacy and policy work, and representing low-income families.
Alumni can also take advantage of the many benefits GGU offers, including law alumni networking receptions, awards ceremonies, auctions, reunions, and other gatherings, including the State Bar Reception, biannual Swear-In Ceremonies, and lower cost continuing education credits. In addition, alumni are given free use of the Law Library for the first two years following graduation. Professional membership opportunities include the Law School Consortium Project (LSCP), a Bay Area network that links and provides benefits to private practice attorneys who serve low and middle-income clients. Other benefits include tuition savings on individual law classes, and complimentary subscriptions.
With its host of services and experienced staff, GGU's LCS is preparing students to meet the demands of today's dynamic legal workplace.
