Joining the Bowen School of Law in 1995 as the assistant dean for student services, she was responsible for a wide range of activities, including career services, student recruitment, the academic support program, student organizations, and scholarships/financial aid, and graduation.
Under her management, Career Services has had the privilege of hosting many renowned authors for speaking engagements. They have included Kimm Alayne Walton, author of ''Guerrilla Tactics for Getting the Legal Job of Your Dreams'', and Jay Foonberg, ''How to Start and Build a Law Practice''. In addition, many successful members of the local bench and bar have spoken at the William H. Bowen School of Law, including Mark Dighton of the Practising Law Institute, regarding patent law.
Kinsey is a member of NALP - The Association for Legal Career Professionals, and an associate member of the American Bar Association (ABA). She is also a member of the W. Harold Flowers Law Society.
She provides leadership for the Southeastern Minority Job Fair - one of the largest in the nation. In addition, she's served as a consultant for job fairs presented by the Arkansas Bar Association. She also works with local bar associations, including the Arkansas Trial Lawyers and the Pulaski County Bar Associations.
