Marcus graduated with honors from New York's Syracuse University with his law degree. He then became employed at
Weil, Gotshal & Manges, named one of the top six litigation departments in the United States by American Lawyer Magazine. At Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Marcus managed high-stakes, commercial litigation. Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms named Weil, Gotshal & Manges one of the top 10 most prestigious law firms in the country for three consecutive years.
After Marcus gained useful knowledge and experience working all over the United States with some of the country's top law professionals, he decided to leave the practice and begin working in legal recruiting. After proving his skill by rapidly becoming a
top producing recruiter at other firms, he spun off to create Marcus Recruiting.
Marcus Recruiting operates primarily in Texas with both law firms and companies.
