While the bar exam is what all future attorneys study for, it is important to know that it is pretty straightforward and it contains a lot about general law. There will not be a lot of specifics regarding vet law on the bar exam. Once you have passed the bar exam you can then begin to legally practice as a lawyer in your state. If you find that there is just not enough work in your area to make money in the field of your choice then you might want to consider relocating. This is something that you should be aware of in advance.

The student loans that you end up with once it is all said and done are going to be very expensive. While it is worth it, you will have to make sure that you are taking the best steps possible to make sure that you are earning enough income to support yourself and your student loans.

If this means relocating then that is something that you will have to do. If after a while you notice that the area you left now has a better chance at gaining the business of your preference then you can always relocate back. Keep in mind that you will have to apply for admittance to the state bar again if you are relocating. You have to be accepted into each state individual. Without that you are not able to practice legally.
