Cromwell & Moring Welcomes Christine White to Healthcare and Antitrust Groups
Former FTC attorney Christine White has joined the New York office of Crowell & Moring, LLP. White, who will join the firm's healthcare and antitrust groups as a partner, previously worked at Bingham McCutchen, LLP. While there, she helped to establish the firm's healthcare industry group, where she later served as co-chair. White's practice focuses extensively on matters related to antitrust counseling, antitrust civil litigation, and trade regulation. She also has experience working on healthcare industry mergers and conduct cases, which she gained while working at the FTC.

Andrews Kurth Expands DC Energy Practice
Andrews Kurth recently announced that Richard A. Drom has joined the firm's energy practice group in Washington, DC, as a partner. Drom, formerly of Powell Goldstein, has extensive experience with energy regulatory matters, specifically those relating to electricity, natural gas, and oil issues. Previously serving as vice president, general counsel, and board secretary at PJM Interconnection, Drom oversaw more than 150 FERC proceedings. "We are excited to have Rick come aboard," said Andrews Kurth Managing Partner Bob Jewell. "He will add strength to an already widely accomplished team in DC and bring even more capabilities to bear on behalf of our energy clients."
