'Mid-level Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience and significant experience in some of the following areas related to corporate finance: Representing issuers and investors in financing transactions; representing financial institutions, underwriters and agents in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities; and advising corporate clients on general securities laws, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act. Excellent academic credentials and legal writing skills are required. Must hold a JD degree from a top tier, ABA-approved Law school and must be an active member in good standing of the Bar of the State in which the candidate is admitted to practice.

Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, including initial public offerings and high yield debt required.

Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate should have 2-4 years of finance experience in a top tier law firm. Must have both lender and borrower side experience with significant experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex documents, syndicated and acquisition finance expertise. Knowledge of finance law issues including the UCC, familiarity with legal opinion practices, and extensive deal management and closing experience.

Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in aircraft finance, leasing and lending transactions. Should have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school in the US is required. Should be either admitted in the State of Florida, or eligible for admission to the Bar in the State of Florida.

The candidate should have 2-4 years of finance experience in a top tier law firm. Must have both lender and borrower side experience with significant experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex documents, syndicated and acquisition finance expertise. Knowledge of finance law issues including the UCC, familiarity with legal opinion practices, and extensive deal management and closing experience.

Cross-Border Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate must have experience in capital markets and/or private equity matters. Should be fluent in both Mandarin and English (write/read/speak).

Mid-level Corporate Finance Attorney

The candidate should have 2-5 years of corporate finance experience. Should have a broad range of corporate finance experience in representing all categories of participants in a variety of public and private financing transactions, including, borrowers/issuers, private equity sponsors, lenders and underwriters. Transactional experience should include middle market and investment grade syndicated credit financings, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings, high yield financings and convertible note financings. Experience with equity and interest swaps, caps and other derivatives is a plus.'
