'Government Contracts Attorney

The candidate will focus on representing and counseling entities on government contracts and disputes, including bid protests, contract claims, investigations and disclosures, litigation and appeals. Should have 2+ years of government contracts experience as an attorney in a large law firm setting. Court of Federal Claims and internal investigations experience are a plus. Must have Juris Doctorate degree from a top tier accredited law school with excellent academic performance. Must be admitted to practice in or eligible to waive into the District of Columbia Bar. Should have strong writing and advocacy skills, willingness to work hard, and a desire for significant responsibility, client interaction and teamwork.

Government Contracts Attorney

The candidate will handle an overflow of government contracting work on a part-time basis. Work will primarily involve working on modifications to existing contracts and taking corrective actions, contract administration and handling contract claims and appeals. Should have J.D. Degree from accredited law school; member in good standing of a bar of the U.S. Must have 2 years' government contracts experience. Experience with EEO laws a plus.

Government Contracts Attorney

The candidate should have 10-20 years of legal experience with experience in litigation, including bid protests, disputes, claims, procurement fraud and investigations. Counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including government contract formation, compliance, cost accounting, intellectual property and subcontracting. Some portable business required.

Federal Government Contracts Attorney

The candidate will provide accurate, timely, business-oriented legal advice to all levels of company management in connection with obtaining and performing contracts and subcontracts on U.S. Government programs; will also advise company management on international pursuits and contract performance, as well as commercial activities and a wide variety of other legal matters facing the company.

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of directly transferable experience advising clients on U.S. Government contract matters; 15+ years of experience preferred; have in-depth knowledge of the FAR/DFARS as well as those requirements unique to contracting with the Government; be experienced in proposal development, negotiations, contract performance and dispute resolution in connection with Government, international and commercial programs; have superior communications skills; must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels of management and Government agency personnel, including DCAA and DCMA; must possess excellent writing skills; be experienced in international business development, contracting and regulatory compliance matters, including ITAR, EAR, FCPA, and trade compliance regulations; be knowledgeable in international intellectual property protection; must possess sound judgment, an ability to prioritize, and be capable of working successfully in a dynamic team environment; must be a member of the bar in at least one state or the District of Columbia and must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret level security clearance.

Government Contracts Attorney

Seeking Government Contracts Attorney with 2-4 years of private practice experience in construction and federal government contracting. Substantive bid protest and contract claim experience is highly desired. The candidate will handle construction litigation and government contracts matters primarily, assist in other complex litigation practice areas.'
