Public Finance Partner Edward J. Rojas Rejoins Holland & Knight in New York

A former attorney at Holland & Knight from 2016-2021, Mr. Rojas' practice encompasses the full range of tax-exempt bond financings, including healthcare, educational, single family and multifamily housing, tribal bonds, transportation, airport, solid waste, infrastructure, environmental and generation facilities. His more than 30 years of public finance experience includes new money and refunding issues, hedges, investment agreements, reissuance, and other arbitrage, allocation, expenditure, rebate and post-issuance compliance issues and procedures.

Mr. Rojas earned a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School and an A.B. degree from Harvard College. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Florida and North Carolina.
As part of Holland & Knight's Financial Services Group, the Public Finance Team is staffed with more than 25 attorneys around the country, as well as a senior policy advisor, who collectively devote all or a portion of their practice to public finance, including in-house tax counsel. The Public Finance Team has participated in governmental debt issues since the 1960s and has been listed in The Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace (the Red Book) since 1975.
