Employment law powerhouse Littler Mendelson has announced the rehiring of Richard Rahm to lead its class actions, wage and hour, and appellate practices in San Francisco. Rahm, a former co-chair of Littler's appellate group, brings 15 years of experience to the firm and an impressive roster of clients, including Southwest Airlines Co, Wells Fargo & Co, and SolarCity Corp, which was bought by Tesla in 2016, according to court records.

Rahm Cites "Vast Resources" at Littler Mendelson as Reason for Return

Rahm left Littler in 2021 to join DLA Piper but has now returned, citing the "vast resources" available to him at Littler, which boasts a team of more than 1,700 attorneys and more than 100 offices. Littler noted that Rahm has a proven track record of defending clients against claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, California Labor Code, California Private Attorneys General Act, and Federal Arbitration Act.

DLA Piper has yet to comment on Rahm's departure.
