Laurie Mapp started Halo Secretarial Services in 2008. The services act as a virtual legal assistant practice, which specializes in providing legal assistant and paralegal services. With a lengthy background in legal assistance, Laurie feels that she is more than qualified to offer help for solo practices and small law firms.
The last post was over a year ago when the company turned six years old. The two posts before that were personal posts, detailing health problems that would keep her from work for a period of time. The fourth post celebrates when the company turned five.

The ability to dictate everything that needs to get done is important for clients. One client was interested in an app for his iPhone that would act as a digital recorder.
