So how do you achieve your goals? How do you keep going?
This concept can apply to any goal in your life, whether it’s getting healthier and fit, building your own business, or saving money. Take a look at your larger goal and then figure out what smaller thing you can do each day to get you there. For example, if you want to lose weight you can choose to exercise every day, drink a gallon water each day, sleep eight hours a night, and eat five to six servings of vegetables every day. If you make these habits happen day in and day out, then you’ll very likely reach your original goal. Choosing to do these small things every day, even if your motivation doesn’t show up that day, is the discipline you’ll need to reach your goal.
