Steve believes that the new facility, which sprawls over a 42,000 square feet area on the seventh and eighth floors at Two Miranova, will help them create a lot of efficiencies as they continue to serve clients. Moreover, he says that the merger will give them the needed manpower in bigger cases. He says, "It's always been about merging our complementary practices so we can support our clients in areas we don't have."

Isaac Wiles will employ 28 attorneys from Wiles Boyle, 30 from Isaac Brant and 53 other employees from both the law firms. Wiles Boyle is popular for its sound estate and probate practice, while Isaac Brant brings to the table a robust domestic law practice. Besides focusing on these areas Isaac Wiles will concentrate on defense work for corporate law, insurance companies, construction, bankruptcy/foreclosure, real estate, professional ethics issues and debtor-creditor law.
