Allard, a founding partner in the personal law injury firm of Corsiglia, McMahon, & Allard, has long used the law to obtain justice for victims while creating safer communities for everyone. In 2010 Allard, a child molestation victims’ rights attorney, was involved in exposing the prevalence of sexual abuse within the world of US amateur athletics. Allard and his team paved the road for an increased focus on the safety of young athletes within the organization that handles competitive swimming in the US and chooses the US Olympic team.

Largely as a result of lawsuits filed against USA Swimming, the United States Olympic Committee initiated standard background checks across all Olympic sports and, for the first time, introduced procedures for handling abuse and molestation at the hands of coaches.

Allard’s legal team, which included attorneys Lynn Johnson, John Parisi, Daniel Singer, and Rex Sharp of Kansas City, as well as Jonathon Little of Indianapolis, continues to collaborate with state legislators to address issues surrounding childhood sexual molestation.

Allard, a third generation lawyer, has been involved in a number of other high profile cases throughout his legal career, which is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability.
