Fragomen was established in New York City in 1951. Originally known as Elmer Fried PC, the firm started out as a domestic US immigration law practice. Today the firm employs more than 1,000 individuals throughout its 38 offices within 15 countries. The firm’s Latin American office is located in San Jose, Costa Rica, while its Asia Pacific offices can be found in the cities of in Auckland, Bangalore, Beijing, Brisbane, Canberra, Hong Kong, Kochi, Melbourne, North Ryde, Perth, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, and Wellington. Fragomen has a presence in Europe through its offices in Brussels, Frankfurt, London, and Paris. Offices are also located in Dubai and Johannesburg. All offices remain connected through Fragomen’s proprietary immigration-specific technology.
