Condo, who works out of Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office, has a national and regional trial practice. He specializes in complex commercial, professional, and product liability litigation. He additionally functions as the co-chair of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. As the Primary Loss Prevention Partner, he is also engaged in advising the firm’s attorneys in professional liability matters.

Condo is also Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of Maricopa County in Arizona and former Judge Pro Tempore for the Arizona Court of Appeals. In the past, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Arizona Town Hall, a non-profit organization that pinpoints and addresses major issues of importance to the state. He was a member of Lehigh University’s National Leadership Council from 2005 to 2010 and served as the National Forum on the Future of Legal Education’s Panel Chair at ASU College of Law in the spring of 2010.
