The firm's founder and president, Pam Koerner, boasts more than 20-years of experience in the legal search and consulting arena. She began her legal career with the national law firm Jones, Day, Reavis, and Pogue and also worked with Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry of Nashville before establishing her own recruiting business. Her areas of specialty include attorney recruiting, legal marketing, and law firm management consulting.

Lauralyn Chrisly, who joined K&A as a search consultant in 2006, has successfully place attorneys with domestic and international companies and also with a broad range of law firms across the US. Prior to joining K&A, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas Law School and practiced corporate transactional law both Vinson & Elkins in Houston and with Frost Brown Todd in Nashville.

The firm's director of operations and marketing, Patti Heckle, is responsible for all human resources, client support, accounting, research, purchasing, and marketing matters within K&A. Prior to joining K&A, Heckle spent 27 years in broadcasting.
