Venable hires White Collar Attorney for its Los Angeles Office
Jan L. Handzlik has joined the law firm Venable as a partner in its national SEC/White-Collar Group. He is one of the nation's leading white-collar crime defense lawyers. He was formerly associated with Greenberg Traurig as a litigation partner. His experience on financial frauds, securities enforcement, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and export control matters will offer a wide range of services to the firm's clients. He also handles complex civil business litigation and all aspects of white-collar crime matters. In his initial period of career, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting federal fraud cases in Los Angeles. Venable is an American Lawyer Global 100 law firm with offices in California, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and Washington DC.
