prior to arriving at Hofstra University School of Law. Ende received his BA from State University of New York at Albany before receiving his law degree from Forham University. While there, he was the Articles Editor for Volume 12 of the Fordham International Law Journal. His degree in English benefited his efforts here. Further, Ende spent six years as the managing director for Kelly Law Registry and Winston Legal Staffing and is a member of both the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations. As many in the legal profession know, these are two well known and respected companies that specialize in recruiting and placing attorneys.Ende was a partner with Cullen & Dykman, LLP in Garden City, New York before his career took him to the legal education sector. He specialized in both bank regulatory and compliance and corporate transactional matters. Since arriving at Hofstra, Ende has partnered on behalf of the school with the Nassau County Bar Association in his hosting of ''Weathering the Tough Economic Climate: The Sky is NOT Falling”. This series was designed to help students and attorneys make certain transitions even in these difficult times. With so much in the news about how difficult it is in the legal profession, especially for graduating seniors, seminars such as these work to keep panic and stress levels down while keeping attitudes positive. Ende served as a presenter, along with Nancy Wadler, one of the most well known names in the legal recruitment field. As part of the program, Ende made all Hofstra Law career counsels available for one on one counseling and provided assistance in creating cover letters and resumes.
