A Houston native, Warren graduated from The University of Texas Law School a short decade ago in 2000 where she was President of the Student Bar Association and worked on the Law Journal. Before The University of Texas, Warren graduated with honors from Indiana University Bloomington. While there, she focused on Russian language and culture and international economics and politics, a concentration that came in handy when she attended the University College London to focus on international law

Moving to New York City shortly after graduation from The University of Texas, Warren took a position at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, a Wall Street law firm, where she worked in mergers and acquisitions. There she found herself representing Fortune 100 companies in acquisitions and divestitures. Warren returned to her hometown of Houston where she spent two years at King & Spalding as an attorney functioning in mergers and acquisitions. She finished her tour of big law firms with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld where she worked for another two years, focusing on securities transactions with key energy corporations.

In 2005, Warren Recruiting was founded. The company's goal is to match top corporations' legal departments and law firms with attorneys and legal staff that are the best fit for the newest permanent positions being offered. Principally, Warren Recruiting places attorneys with companies in the Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio areas.
