In Nashville, the law firm of Hollins, Wagster, Weatherly & Raybin PC has changed its name to Hollins, Raybin and Weissman PC to reflect the current shareholders of the firm after three of the shareholders left the company to start up their own legal firm. The three shareholders, Jim Weatherly, Patrick McNally and Jacqueline Dixon, opened for business under the name Weatherly, McNally and Dixon, PLC in Nashville and will target personal injury, domestic relations and criminal defence litigation.

Also from Tennessee, the Clarksville law firm of Patton & Pittman announced that attorney B. Nathan Hunt has been elected partner of the firm after serving as an associate for the past five years. Attorneys Greg Patton and Chris Pittman joined forces to open the law firm in January 2005 and offer representation in various areas of the law.
