Rich A. Kaye Joins Arnall Golden Gregory's Corporate Practice
Atlanta-based Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP, has expanded its corporate practice with the addition of Rich A. Kaye. Kaye's practice focuses extensively on matters related to commercial endeavors, construction projects, and international relations. With more than 20 years of experience, Kaye has represented both foreign companies operating in the United States as well as United States-based corporations operating internationally. "Rich is an experienced and seasoned attorney with a wealth of expertise. I'm glad to have him on our team and am certain he will be an asset to Arnall Golden Gregory clients," said Sherman A. Cohen, partner and corporate practice group chair.

Littler Mendelson Opens St. Louis Office
Employment and labor firm Littler Mendelson has announced that it will open a second office in the central United States with the addition of a St. Louis outlet. The firm already has an office in Kansas City, MO. Harry "Hal" Wellford Jr., formerly of Thompson Coburn; Charles "Chad" Reis IV, formerly of Brown & James; Stephen Smith, formerly of Thompson Coburn; and Kimberly Yates, also of Thompson Coburn, will oversee the office as shareholders. Amy Nixon, Frances Barbieri, and Narcisa Przulj, all formerly of Brown & James, will join the firm as associates.

Sheppard Mullin Expands Corporate Practice Group
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP, has announced that Craig Gatarz and Arturo Sida have joined the firm's corporate practice group. Gatarz will work out of the firm's Century City, CA, office, while Sida will be based in Orange County. "We're very pleased to welcome Craig and Art to the firm and to the corporate practice group," said Randy Short, head of the firm's corporate practice group. "As in-house counsel of two clients, we have worked closely with Craig and Art for years. They are excellent business lawyers who will be valuable additions to the corporate practice, combining their respective in-house emerging growth technology industry expertise and prior private practice experience." Gatarz previously served as the chief operating officer and general counsel of JAMDAT Mobile Inc. Sida previously served as assistant general counsel at Internap Network Services Corporation.
