Massey Energy's Court Ruling Overturned

On November 21, the West Virginia Supreme Court sided with Massey Energy and "overturned [the] $76 million judgment," says a press release. The court "set aside a 2002 ruling by the Circuit Court in Boone County that awarded $50 million to Harman Mining...and its president."
