'In-House Counsel

The candidate will be supporting the CEO, and counsel on healthcare and non-healthcare matters. Provide practical and wide-ranging advice on legal issues; review contracts/renewals related to physicians, suppliers, and independent contractors and other. Advice in risk management, guardianship, healthcare decision making issues.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and a Juris Doctorate Degree, current state license and 3+ years of healthcare law experience, including physician contracting experience. Must have superior academic credentials and 3+ years of corporate, regulatory or transactional experience in a law firm setting, including representation of healthcare organizations. Solid knowledge of HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, Medicare, Medicaid, Stark law, False Claims Act, and Federal Anti-Kickback Statue is needed. 

In-House Counsel

The candidate should have 7+ years of experience. Must have prior healthcare experience, including a strong regulatory background in anti-kickback, Stark, and HIPPA. Excellent ability to draft and negotiate contracts, and provide legal advice on physician staffing, retention, compensation practices, and practice acquisitions.  

In-house Counsel

The candidate will work in Corporate Department. Must have specialization in Investment Management.

In-house Counsel, Contract

The candidate must have 2+ years of experience working at a top law firm or in-house on wide variety of contract related matters including SaaP, licensing, vendor agreements and outsourcing contracts.

Duration: 6+ months.

In-house Counsel

The candidate will be responsible for advising and counseling on retirement products. This role is with a well established global investment company. The candidate should be an attorney with 5+ years of experience working on investment related matters for full time in-house role on the Peninsula. Strong knowledge of ERISA and state regulations is required as is admission to the CA Bar.

In-house Counsel

Seeking a Senior In-house Counsel with 7+ years of strong transactional and commercial experience either in law firm or inhouse and with strong academic credentials.'
