What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think management should consider sharing more information about the expected direction of the firm moving forward, so that everyone is on the same page.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a large firm with a great office environment and a stellar compensation package. Support staff are well trained and helpful, and I've noticed that leadership goes out of their way to make everyone feel valued. The firm is also very family oriented and diverse.
What did you not like about this institution?
It doesn't always seem like the leadership team has a clear course plotted for the future of the firm. Maybe they do, but if so they aren't communicating it well to attorneys and support staff.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to be more manageable with their work and spread out longer weeks into shorter ones; this way, employees won't feel burnt out.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for roughly 3 years and enjoyed the friendships I made. I became very close to a lot of people at this firm and still speak to them to this day.
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm has awful hours. Some weeks you work 20 hours a week and others you work 60. There seems to be a lack of consistency, and it would beneficial if they could keep the hours more consistent.
