5.Former Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat team, great resourcesAssociate RecommendProsI was part of a smaller office and loved how tight knit we were. Very down to earth people, no drama, just do the work. People also wanted to mentor you and were very patient with mistakes. Had the perks also of having resources of a global firm.ConsSometimes felt like a satellite (and forgotten lol). Sometimes the comp wasn't up to snuff (e.g., special bonuses) as other white shoe firms but I think the firm made a strategic decision to always be aligned.

I would like to see management really get on top of things and make sure that everyone is on the same page and I would like to get some of the rude attorney's get lectured or replaced.

I received a lot of help here while I was an intern and I greatly enjoyed my interactions with most of the attorneys here. There was always plenty of work to go around as well.

Unfortunately, there is a real lack of leadership at this firm. At times it can feel like a real free for all. I always felt as though some of the attorneys were really standoffish.
