Offer more opportunities for advancement within the firm.

Pros : They have an international reputation for their success as a firm. The lawyers are some of the best in the field. I really enjoy all the staff I worked with. The place is fun to work at. The environment is professional and creative.
Cons : It can be difficult to progress your career here at this firm. The workload was rather stressful and tedious at times.

Your employees are the foundation and strong point of your company; treat them right.

Pros : If You Shoot for the Stars, You Won't Get Out of The Stratosphere Here.
Cons : The higher ups at this firm don't seem care a whole lot for us in the support team. While the starting salary and pay may be high, don't expect to get a raise or bonus anytime soon. I learned that the hard way. Promotion is very unlikely as upper management positions rarely become available.
