What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Great for the person that wants to get away from large New York type law and move to a more hip and smaller city. Also great for anyone into tech companies and issues.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a large practice but it is really focused around business and commercial clients. It is a great place to break into the tech market since many of the local companies in the area are tech ones. They are really focused on that and you will meet many of those types of clients. Also with the location there is a lot of port and maritime law.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is a very large firm and it is very Seattle centric, which can be a good thing but also can be very limiting. It is not a place to be if you desire to work in New York or Washington D.C. It also can be hard to move up.
