Current Employee Mr. San Francisco

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider cleaning house. Do not scream at people or micromanage them. Learn to effectively communicate and everyone will be much happier.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work is interesting and you get to interact with clients on a regular basis. The pay is pretty good for a firm this size.

What did you not like about this institution?
Awful atmosphere. Someone is always screaming about something. Management does not care enough to actually communicate with us. Everyone here hates their job.

Former Employee Mr. San Francisco

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to wake up and take a good look around the office. It's time to step up and do some house cleaning.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a good place to work if you are a brown-noser. Brown-nosers seem to do well at this firm. If you are a hard worker this is not the place for you because hard workers are not appreciated. There are a lot of support staff that sit around and do nothing and HR is aware of this and allows it (depending on who you are). So, if you enjoy surfing the internet and playing on Face Book all day, this is the place for you.

What did you not like about this institution?
The HR manager is very hot and cold. She is not a people person and she should not be in the position that she's in. Very unprofessional. She is not a trust worthy person. Management chooses not to do anything about the situation. As long as the money is rolling in, they don't care about anything.
