What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If management wants to create more work for employees of this firm, they need to do so with more notice. They also need to allow employees to take more time off.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers great pay for employees and really treats their staff with dignity and respect. Management can be a bit tough at times, but they are always fair with their employees and make sure they do their best to create a healthy work environment.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue with this firm is the work hours put in. Hours can be well over 40 each week and leave employees feeling tired and burnt out. Many complain that their home life is suffering from all the work put in and management only lets employees know of this over time with short notice.
