What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If the training program were up to date this would be a truly tremendous place to work. It's sad to see such a successful firm with such a lackluster training program.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is professional and friendly, from the partners on down to the secretaries. Everyone knows exactly what they are doing and the firm runs like a well-oiled machine. It's easy to find your niche and the work is always interesting. There are a lot of opportunities for advancement for those with determination and talent.

What did you not like about this institution?
I've found that while there is plenty of room for advancement, the training programs in place are sorely lacking. Training materials are out of date and the program needs an overhaul.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to hire someone to do the smaller tasks throughout the day, this way other employees won't have to do tasks that take away from their main work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The hours for this firm were perfect and I felt like I could balance my home life very easily with my job. Very rarely did we have to work overtime and when we did we were always told days in advance. I thought management did a great job keeping employees in line.

What did you not like about this institution?
There was a lot of meticulous work that needed to be done consistently and it always interfered with my own work. I felt like many of these tasks were pointless or could have been done by someone hired to do so. The company is quite disorganized at time.
