Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and track pitch materials, including PowerPoint presentations and written responses to RFPs
- Audit and update pitch and RFP content in proposal generation platform
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate business and cross-marketing opportunities
- Assist with gathering competitive intelligence and industry analysis
- Support marketing and business development initiatives for specific practice areas and clients
- Maintain electronic marketing materials and business development focused materials on
- Work on special projects as needed
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 2 years of business development, marketing, or related experience in professional services, technology, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong PowerPoint and marketing presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research skills, with experience using PitchBook, Capital IQ, Salesforce, or other platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Client service oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- High degree of discretion and independent judgment
Compensation and Benefits:
The primary location for this position is in Palo Alto, with other locations listed as well. The actual base pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education, and location. The anticipated pay range is as follows:
- San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $81,600 - $110,400 per year
- Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $73,100 - $98,900 per year
- Salt Lake City and all other locations: $65,450 - $88,550 per year
