Job Title: Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with document management and file organization for both physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare binders for attorneys, which includes creating cover sheets, table of contents, and inserting tabs for exhibits.
- Prepare files for new matters.
- Assist attorneys and staff with in-office administrative tasks.
- Handle a multi-line telephone system efficiently.
- Greet clients and guests professionally.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform scanning and copying of documents.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience required.
- Previous experience in a law firm setting is necessary.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must be a self-starter, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, postage machines, and scanners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
Salary Information:
- Pay range is between $18 - $23 USD per hour.
