Smith+Nephew, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for US Employment. In this role, you will provide proactive and practical legal advice on a wide range of employment issues to the HR team and internal business partners. You will also monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assist in developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with employment laws. With your expertise in employment law, you will also handle internal investigations, negotiate employment-related contracts, and represent the company in employment disputes and litigation.
