This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with a passion for trial work and 4-6 years of experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation.

Responsibilities:
• Defend employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits
• Advise and counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance
• Draft workplace policies and assist clients with employment issues
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court and at administrative hearings
• Collaborate with a team of excellent employment law professionals

Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation
• TX bar admission required
• Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance
• Strong research and writing skills
• Superior academic credentials
