Littler Mendelson ., the largest global employment and labor law practice in the world, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience for their Austin office. This is a hybrid position, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and significant litigation experience. They must also be licensed to practice law in Texas.
In this role, the Labor & Employment Associate will work with a diverse team of attorneys to provide legal counsel and representation to clients on a variety of labor and employment law matters. They will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, including conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court.
