- Full-time, non-partnership track role.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
- Experience in litigation, advice and counsel, and transactional work.
- Responsible for handling litigation management, legal research, drafting, and other litigation-related tasks for class action and single plaintiff cases.
- Also handles employment law advice and counsel, drafting and negotiation of employment and related agreements, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or New York.
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Hybrid work arrangement with some in-office expectations and occasional travel.
- Competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits package.
