Executive Compensation, Benefits, and ERISA Senior Associate or Of Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in M&A, private equity, and restructuring transactions from an executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA perspective.
- Conducting diligence reviews and negotiating transaction agreements.
- Handling IRC § 280G matters.
- Developing and managing executive compensation and equity plans.
- Advising on SEC compensation disclosure rules for . publicly listed companies.
- Providing transactional experience with tax-qualified retirement and welfare plans.
- Addressing general employment matters.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- At least seven years of relevant experience in the field.
- Significant experience with M&A, private equity, and restructuring transactions.
- Strong background in executive compensation/equity plan experience.
- Experience with SEC compensation disclosure rules.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Previous law firm experience.
- Admission to practice and good standing in the jurisdiction to which they are applying.
Salary Information:
The salary wage range for this position is expected to be a minimum of $420,000 and a maximum of $500,000 annually. The actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
