**Lateral Associate - Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits (NY)**

Law Firm is looking for a talented associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team in New York. The ideal candidate should have experience in executive compensation, equity and other incentive compensation, as well as ERISA work.

The position offers a competitive annual compensation range between $295,000 and $415,000, depending on qualifications and other operational considerations. Additionally, Law Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement benefits, paid days off, basic life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Law school class years 2019+
- Expertise in executive compensation, equity and other incentive compensation, and ERISA
- Strong transactional and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
