The candidate must be a highly skilled attorney with experience in executive and equity compensation. Must have a strong finance background with broad based ESPP experience, compensation design and a solid understanding of compensation calculation. JD/CPA or JD/MBA helpful. Attorney would also serve as the assistant secretary.
Mid- or Senior-level Associate
The candidate will join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. Should preferably have 4-7 years of experience in employee benefits. Knowledge of and experience with health and welfare plans, tax qualified plans, executive compensation, fiduciary matters and transactional matters is required. Must have strong academic credentials.
